1. PROJECT initiation
The agency director discusses with the client to clarify the needs, determine the work and timeline, and establish the partner relationship
2. agency work
The agency director will assign a faculty member and students to work on the project as a team. The faculty advisor will serve as the lead consultant and project manager.
3. project monitoring & feedback
The project team will produce project update reports regularly as specified in the contract. The client can monitor and provide feedback as the project progresses and after the project concludes.
